SANDBAR SUPERVISOR - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sandbar outlet to ensure it operates efficiently and provides memorable experiences that exceed guest expectations while meeting/exceeding Sandbar financial goals. Provides a consistent, quality product and service. Develops and grows the service staff through training, leadership and guidance to form a highly effective and efficient team. Responsible for beverage, including conducting inventory and controlling beverage costs. Responds to questions, and resolves problems. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in same/similar role in the resort/hotel industry, preferably four star/four diamond; hospitality school degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational skills; attention to detail; proven leadership skills; and computer knowledge and skills (Word, Excel, Aloha). This is a hands on position that requires working flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays; standing and/or walking for long periods of time; frequently lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.; working outside. Position available mid-May through mid-October.

Shared housing is available, two people to a room. Home completely furnished/all appliances including W/D, utilities including internet included in rent. Rent is $100 per week, $200 security deposit, payroll deducted. Vehicle is recommended as there is no public transportation in the area.
